PLEASE MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR FLU VACCINATION.
IF YOU ARE OVER 65 OR UNDER 65 AT RISK WITH A CHRONIC CONDITION YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A FREE FLU VACCINE.
WE WILL BE VACCINATING THE OVER 50 COHORT OF PATIENTS AT A LATER DATE, WHEN SUPPLIES ARE RELEASED TO PRACTICES.
PLEASE TELEPHONE RECEPTION ON 01646 690674 TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
WE ARE HOLDING CLINICS AT VARIOUS TIMES OF DAY, CLINICS WILL BE HELD AT THE PRACTICE.
PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY. WE ASK THAT WHEN ATTENDING YOU KEEP TO YOUR ALLOCATED APPOINTMENT TIME AS WE DO NOT WANT QUEUES. WE ASK THAT YOU CONSIDER SOCIAL DISTANCING. PLEASE WEAR A FACE MASK/COVERING WHEN ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
PLEASE NOTE WE WILL BE USING THE FRONT DOOR FOR FLU CLINICS THIS YEAR.
We are now unable to offer first doses of the Covid-19 vaccination. We can only do second doses for patients we have vaccinated previously.

We are unable to offer you certification of your Covid vaccination, a vaccination passport or a letter to prove you have been vaccinated against Covid-19.
These proof of vaccination documents have not yet been developed and as such cannot be provided by your GP. As soon as we have further information we will share it with you.
